In fact, SkyStar 2 is a fully functional digital satellite receiver in your PC.. Original software DvbViewer can used only for watching of Free-To-Air channels. But there are many programs such as: ProgDvd, Dvb Dream... which allows you with additional plugins to watch scrambled channels. SkyStar 2 doesn't have its own MPEG-2 decoder module.
