This is a great monitor with many features. The controls are the standard Viewsonic and easy to use. All screen adjustments are made via an on-screen menu using simple controls: Contrast, brightness, H/V position, H/V size, pincushion, pin balance, trapazoid, parallelogram, tilt, top/bottom hook control, H/V moire reduction, video level, degauss, ViewMatch Color (9300, 6500, 5000, User), OSD function, language, ViewMeter®, recall. If you are looking for great picture quality, you can't go wrong with the Viewsonic G90f and it won't cost you a fortune.
Magic Bright (MB) is handy tool that you can quickly hit a button to set the screen brightness to preset levels for what you are doing (Text, Internet, Entertain). Also Samsung includes a button called Highlight. Highlight Zone feature, also launched by its own front-panel button, allows you to adjust the brightness, the contrast, and the color temperature within a specific portion of the screen, for working on the detail Samsung 957MB also comes with Samsung’s MouScreen software, which lets you adjust the image settings using your mouse (you’ll need to plug in a USB cord that runs off of the signal cable to take advantage of this feature). On-screen menu allows you to set: Brightness, Contrast, Position, Size, Zoom, Parallelogram, Rotation, incushion, Trapezoid, Pinbalance, Side Pin Corner, Pin balance Corner, Color1/2, sRGB,Clear Moire, Linearity, Focus, Convergence, Degauss, Recall, Video Input level, Sync. Input type, D-sub/BNC, Display Timing, Menu Position, Menu Duration, Languages, OSD Lock/Unlock, Highlight Zone(Position, Size, Contrast, Color, Zoom, Sharpness) MagicBright. Samsung Syncmaster 957MB is excellent and one of my favourite 19" CRT monitors. I recommend this monitor to anyone.

Samsung 191T is a 19-inch TFT-LCD monitor that delivers dual video input with analog and digital capabilities for the sharpest, highest quality video images possible. 19” LCD screen produces a true 19” diagonal viewing space. This monitor supports a contrast ratio of 500: 1, 1280 x 1024 active native resolution, pixel pitch of 0.294mm H/V, Xtrawide 170°/170° viewing angle, and a scanning frequency of 30-81 kHz horizontal and 56-85 Hz vertical. Combining a very bright display, vivid colors, and a nice 3-year warranty, it makes an excellent purchase in the 19-inch category.
