Information Collection and Use

To "spam" is to send e-mail to people who have not specifically requested it. startcafe.info accounts are not to be used to spam! Spamming is a serious offense that startcafe.info does not permit.

You may not use email lists that are purchased, rented, leased, or in any way bought from a third party.

Concerning spam, the startcafe.info Service Agreement reads:

Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, using an email address, URL that is maintained on an startcafe.info achine, or directing traffic to a web page that contains any reference to startcafe.info is STRICTLY prohibited. startcafe.info will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. This action WILL RESULT in immediate termination of your account. Subscriber will also be in violation of the startcafe.info Service Agreement and subject to legal action.

startcafe.info's Zero Tolerance Policy on Spam:
If an startcafe.info account is used to spam, and startcafe.info is notified, that account will be closed. The customer will not be issued a refund, and will not be given access to any leads in his account.

Questions?
There's more to spam than just sending e-mail. Certain types of newsgroup postings and mailing list messages can also be classified as spam, and are not permitted on the startcafe.info.

DEFINITONS

Browser
